The International Project Management Association, IPMA for short, certifies people in project management across the world and helps them demonstrate their project management skills and accomplishments on the market with a certificate. The IPMA grants certificates at four levels from D to A.

Digicomp has one of the widest ranges of project management courses in Switzerland and has been expertly and successfully providing guidance for the internationally recognised IPMA Level D certification for years with the Project Management – IPMA Level D preparation course.

For whom is the IPMA Level D certificate suitable?

The IPMA Level D certificate is intended for project staff or prospective project managers who are new to project management and wish to improve their prospects on the job market with the certificate.

The IPMA Level D attests that you are able to actively apply project management methods and techniques. You have solid, fundamental skills in the field of project management and are able to classify and understand project management topics in the overall context.

How is the IPMA Level D preparation course structured?

The preparation for the IPMA Level D certification consists of a 3-day foundation course as well as a 1-day test preparation for the final test. Through a practical, didactic mix of theory and practice, you will learn how to initiate, plan, control, and successfully finalise projects.

If you do not wish to take the certification exam, but are primarily interested in practical knowledge, you can also attend the Project Management Basics course or, for even more practical fitness, the Project Management for Practice - according to IPMA course package.
