The examination result of the PRINCE2® Practitioner (7th edition) is intended to show whether a candidate is able to plan and carry out a project in a PRINCE2® environment using the PRINCE2® method. To do so, the candidate must master the knowledge imparted in the Foundation seminar and demonstrate that he can respond PRINCE2® compliant to the requirements and problems of a concrete project scenario. The certification is valid for three years.

Format: Multiple-choice exam questions, number of questions: 70, pass rate: 60% (42 points out of 60), duration: 150 minutes.
Approved document: The official PRINCE2® 7 manual. When used as an eBook, a second device, such as a tablet, is permitted.

You will receive a voucher for an online exam by email from PeopleCert a few days before the start of the course. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam will be proctored by a PeopleCert invigilator, which requires a device with a microphone and camera.

Recertification
An alternative to the exam is a paid PRINCE2® membership with AXELOS, which includes information and continuing professional development programs. With the PRINCE2® membership you can prove the continuous development of your knowledge through so-called CPD's (Continuing Professional Development) and thereby extend your certificate by three years.
