Project Management according to IPMA®
The «Certified Project Manager IPMA® Level C» certifies your ability to manage a project with limited complexity. This means that you have the necessary project management knowledge and experience to successfully complete a project.
For the certification in IPMA Level C, individuals are admitted who have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in limited complexity projects in the last 6 years or are working in a responsible project management role as an assistant to the project manager of complex projects (only the roles «deputy project manager» and «sub-project manager» are accepted).
The examination is taken at the VZPM. The exam fee is CHF 3'200.00. Further information on the certification process can be found here.
The «Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA® Level B» certifies your ability to act in a complex environment and to be responsible for the project, program or portfolio within the organization or to act as an Agile Senior Leader.
For the certification in IPMA Level B, individuals are admitted who can demonstrate at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the last 8 years, of which at least 3 years in a responsible leadership function in complex projects.
The examination is taken at the VZPM. The exam fee is CHF 4'300.00. Further information on the certification process can be found here.
Agile Leadership according to IPMA
The «Certified Agile Leader according to IPMA® Level C» certifies that you can manage agile projects with a conditionally complex environment in a responsible role.
For the IPMA Agile-Level C certification, individuals are admitted who can demonstrate at least 3 years of leadership experience with implementation responsibility in conditionally complex, agile projects or 3 years of leadership experience in a role with complex, agile projects in the last 6 years.

The «Certified Agile Senior Leader according to IPMA® Level B» certifies that you can manage agile projects in a complex environment in a responsible role.
For the IPMA Agile Level C certification, individuals are admitted who can demonstrate at least 5 years of leadership experience in an agile environment in the last 8 years, including at least 3 years of implementation responsibility for complex projects.
