Due to increasing digitalisation, business analysts are currently more sought-after than ever. As a business analyst, you have an important role as the interface between the IT department and the specialist departments. You ensure that there is a common understanding of the solution design and implementation, in order to develop innovative business solutions and optimise processes.
However, in Switzerland, the role of a business analyst is interpreted very differently from company to company. Reliable quality standards are lacking to a great extent.
